We'd like to help with a few suggestions for a healthy life style dieting. If you are in the peak of condition, eating fifteen fruits and vegetables daily, taking moderate amounts of exercise then you needn't waste any more  time on these pages, just carry on with what you are doing because you must be doing the right things. Please remember for the future that as you age the ability to exercise and digest food properly becomes more difficult and the need for nutrition increases.

There are however some people that are in the best of health, one could almost say perfect condition, that ought to be checking that they are doing enough, sportsmen and women, probably need to supplement their diet as nutrients are lost during exercise. A number of notable sportsmen and women use GNLD products to help them get the most from their performance. The list is quite impressive and includes more than a few Champions both in the Olympics, Para Olympics and the World sports arenas.

The majority of women at some point in their lives, become pregnant and then they are told that they are eating for two! (or Three, or heaven forbid more!) Though this isn't strictly true they do need to ensure that the supply of vitamins and nutrients, particularly the micronutrients contained in Formula IV, is adequate to ensure a healthy baby. Not only is it important during pregnancy, but make sure that you are in peak condition in the months  leading up to conception as your body needs to be in tip top form to give you the best chance of conceiving and having a healthy baby. Then presumably because you want the healthiest baby you will be breast feeding and continuing with your supplement programme.

A number of men are also desirous of becoming fathers and sometimes find it difficult due to a low sperm count. If this is the case you might find Nutrishake a useful supplement.
